The device
Microneedling is offered in many places. How well it turns out depends less on the name of the treatment than on the device performing it — on how finely it can be dosed and how precisely it can be repeated next time. That is why we work with the Dermapen 4™.

The value of 1,920 micro-channels per second explains all the rest: because the device works this fast, it glides across the skin instead of dragging at it. Every channel is a clean, vertical puncture — which is why the treatment is more comfortable and the skin settles faster.
Why it works
Fine lines, acne scars, pigment spots or enlarged pores are not solved at the surface. Their cause sits deeper — in layers that no cream, however good, can reach.
Microneedling opens thousands of fine micro-channels for a few hours. Through them, active ingredients arrive exactly where they are needed. At the same time, the fine stimulus triggers the skin's natural repair response — the process in which new collagen and elastin are formed.
We add nothing artificial. We simply give the skin the access, and the reason, to work.
The session
Every session follows the same path: first understand the skin, then work, then protect.
No guesswork. We talk through your goal, your skin's history and any contraindications, then assess the skin carefully — texture, hydration, sensitivity, pigmentation. That determines the working depth per zone and the right Genosys serum for you.
We work through the face zone by zone — the setting changes, the care does not. How long this part takes depends on how many areas are treated. We talk as we go — you simply say if you would like a zone worked more gently.
Through the freshly opened micro-channels we introduce the sterile Genosys serums chosen at the consultation. The session ends with a calming mask and the protection the skin needs in the first hours — you leave cared for, not just treated.

Over the years the skin produces less collagen — the contour softens and fine lines deepen. Microneedling brings the natural renewal mechanism back into play, for firmer, more rested-looking skin.
It works best as a course, with maintenance sessions afterwards.
Fine scars and textural irregularities respond to gradual remodelling of the tissue. We work in series, with depth adapted to the zone, and the result builds from one session to the next.
Important: during phases of active inflammatory acne the session is postponed. First we calm the skin.
Here the combination matters most: the needling opens the way, the chosen serum does the rest. For pigment we work more finely and more cautiously, with strict sun protection between sessions.
Melasma is a special case that calls for caution — we discuss it individually at the consultation.
Pores do not "close", but their appearance can become visibly finer once the surrounding skin becomes denser and firmer. Alongside that, the right serums help balance sebum.

Nobody credible sells a result from a single session. Neither do we.
It is a biological process, not an instant effect: collagen builds over weeks, not overnight.
That is exactly why we work in courses rather than single appointments — and why the fourth session matters more than the first.
A session is postponed or not carried out in cases including: pregnancy and breastfeeding, active inflammatory acne, active cold sores, infections or skin injuries in the treated area, recent tanning or sunburn, recent isotretinoin treatment, clotting disorders and certain autoimmune conditions.
We go through all of this at the consultation. If you are on medication, please bring that information with you. Where anything is medically unclear, we send you to a doctor first — we do not improvise.
For the first 24 hours the skin is left alone: no make-up, no acids or retinol, no unnecessary touching. Avoid sauna, swimming pool, the gym and sun exposure for a few days.
Sun protection is essential. You receive written aftercare advice and the right products for home at the end of the session.
The price depends on the area, the serums used and the plan we agree together. You will know it clearly and in full at the consultation, before deciding anything — with no costs appearing later.
