For shadows caused by vessels showing through thin skin, improved skin density can help visually. For pigmented shadows, or shadows cast by bone structure, the effect is limited — and we say so beforehand, not afterwards.

The fine lines above the upper lip are among the hardest to address: the skin is thin and the area moves constantly. Superficial work, repeated across a course, gives the best realistic results here.

The skin on the neck is thin and has fewer sebaceous glands, so it dehydrates faster. Nanosoft with NCTF improves the quality and firmness of this area, which usually lags a step behind the face.

When skin looks tired even when rested, what is often missing is water bound in the tissue, not the cream on top. A course of revitalization works exactly there.

No, it is a single treatment. Nanosoft is the device — the three 0.6 mm microneedles. NCTF® 135 HA is the cocktail the device delivers into the skin. One without the other makes no sense.

That is why they are often named together: "Nanosoft with NCTF". It is the same session.

A filler uses crosslinked hyaluronic acid: a gel that stays in place and adds volume. NCTF uses non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, which forms no gel — it binds water and feeds the tissue.

In practice: a filler changes a shape, biorevitalization changes a quality. They are different things, and if you need the former we will say so and refer you to a doctor.

Far less than most people expect. At 0.6 mm you feel fine, brief touches, and numbing cream is generally not needed.

The area under the eye and the upper lip are the most sensitive. Say at any point if you want a pause — you set the pace.

This is the particularity of this treatment and the reason we raise it beforehand: right after the session, small bumps are visible in the treated area, like a very fine goosebump texture. It is not an unexpected reaction — it is precisely the sign that the product arrived where it was meant to.

They subside completely within 12 to 36 hours as the skin takes up the formulation. Even so, book the session so that the following day is not one with photographs.

No. In the studio we work by microperforation: the three 0.6 mm microneedles open channels through which the cocktail enters the skin.

Injectable procedures — mesotherapy with a syringe, fillers, botulinum toxin — are medical acts and are performed exclusively by a doctor. If what you are looking for falls into that category, we will tell you and point you in the right direction.

In depth and in purpose. The Dermapen 4™ works across the whole face, with depth adjustable down into the dermis, and remodels the structure — that is where scarring, pores and deeper lines are addressed.

Nanosoft stays fixed at 0.6 mm and is the specialist for thin areas, where you want neither depth nor downtime. They are best used together, not one instead of the other.

The schedule that has proven useful: 3 sessions every 3–4 weeks, then 2 more every 6 weeks, followed by a maintenance session every 3–6 months.

We settle the exact number together at the consultation. Hydration is felt within a few days, but density and firmness build over weeks — collagen does not form overnight.

The session is postponed or does not take place in cases including: pregnancy and breastfeeding, active inflammatory acne, active herpes, infections or injuries of the skin in the treated area, recent tanning or sunburn, clotting disorders or anticoagulant treatment, recent treatment with isotretinoin, a known allergy to components of the formulation, and certain autoimmune conditions.

We discuss all of this at the consultation. If you are on medication, bring that information with you. Where there is medical doubt, we send you to a doctor first — we do not improvise.

For the first 24 hours the area is left alone: no make-up, no products with acids or retinol, no unnecessary touching. For a few days, avoid the sauna, the pool, the gym and sun exposure.

Sun protection is essential. You receive written recommendations and the right products for home at the end of the session.
